Modules misaligning on Chrome and IE!

Hope somebody can advise on this one!

We're redoing the site at the moment and on FF the LH and RH modules display perfectly in line as they all contain the same size images.

However, when we view in IE and Chrome the RH modules display as shorter in height as the border seems to be cut off.

So by the time you go down the page the LH and RH columns are totally out of sequence with each other.

Any ideas on what we can do on this one?
