Hi,

I have enabled the search module in search module position, but I see only a label "search" and no text input field is shown; the label is a link, but if I click on it nothing appens.

What could be the problem?

Thanks.

Kind regards.

Hi

Probably because you enable the "Search Button" on search module parameters.
Please disable and try again.

The search module effect on this theme doesn't support the display of search button.

I checked in the module parameters and the option is already disabled.

Do you have another suggestion?

Thanks a lot

Hi

As you can see, i install a second version of the template just to test and make my point.
It's working ;)

Strong recommendation:
Don't change any source files from the template. If you are not sure of the consequences that changes can generate, don't do it or else you will have problems with any functionality of the template or even extensions.
The only recommended customization are on css level, by enabling the css override on template parameters and them place all your css work.

If you still want to make a different approach on template files, i recommend that you work firstly on local server or live test installation.

Cheers ;)

Hi,

I have another question: how can I move the search module down?

Where can I find the module position of this template?

Thanks a lot!

On ../gk_postnote/layouts/blocks/nav.php

But careful.
Remember my recommendation.

If you tell me where you want it, it might be possible to do the job using only css.
