demo site installed but can't find certain content to change

I've successfully installed the coffe quickstart package and am now trying to edit all the content to suit my needs.

However I can't seem to find certain items such as the Reservations call 01504-263577

Is there an easy way to figure out which module/article/plugin belongs to which aspect on the demosite?

Modules are usually self named, so module corresponding to Reservations is called "reservations. Remember to disable tinyMCE while editing modules (you can do it from global configuration).
Beside that, locating the modules might be more easy with use of modules position selector - most of places are self explanatory.
