Google Tag Manager insert problem

Hello,

Where and how can I put correctly the Google Tag Manager code?
It must be right after the opening <body> tag, but cannot work with the "Code for the HEAD section" via theme admin.
Trying to put directly after the <body <?php do_action('gavernwp_body_attributes'); ?>> tag in
AppsProTech/layouts/header.php but still generate error message.

I'd like to solve this without plugin, if it's possible.

So you should add the code after the opening body tag in AppsProTech/layouts/header.php file. (can't see other options)
