Can't edit the Modules after 3.6.4 Update

Hey everybody,

i can't open my modules at the backend and at the frontend. Everytime i want to open a module i see it a very short moment and then there is only a drop down. I upload a screenshot.

I don't know why i can't open the modules. Components and other thigs worked.

Please try update modules to the latest version and clear browser's cache while editing this module.
