Contact Module formatting

Hi there,
Just trying to setup the contact module with a mailchimp signup form embedded and I've lost frmatting on the module so that contact details and sign up form are now on top of each other on the right rather than left and right like in the demo. I am using the bigspaces suffix.
The link to the site is here : http://www.dynamicqr.co.uk and the module is towards the bottom.
Can you help?
