Yes, I want to reproduce the demo page.
I'm new and I do not know if I have to use some mod to publish content in the position as in the demo.

This template was quite easy, even 2 years ago when he was developed.
Sorry but "free" support not include reproducing frontpage appearance.
But I have great tip for you:
On Sub-domain or sub-folder install additional site with Bluap QuickStart , I suggest to use J3.3 version.
Then login into front-end and next to all modules you will see edit icon

If will help you figure out which module was were.

Please also this: https://www.gavick.com/documentation/jo ... templates/

BTW
If you need extra customization help you can always use Private Message under GK Moderator avatar to send request.
