Please disable JCH optimisation. I'm not able to see anything when css is compressed. Also make a small test and see how this looks wehen VM CSS is enabled/disabled (You will find such option in VM configuration, template section).

Thank You for disabling JCH, now I can clearly see where is the problem. Add this to override.css and make sure override is enabled in template's settings:
