Hi,
Can you suggest a way to produce a Classic-style horizontal menu in the header-bottom module position. I'm already using the Aside menu in the template.

Hi,
each of new template have option in template configuration (Menu tab) to change type of Menu to classic one. Check - you will find.

Yes, I understand that I can select the Classic menu from the template options. But my question is how can I create a separate menu like this in the header-bottom module position when I already have the Template configured to use the Aside menu.

Without customizing template you can not.
I suggest to use different menu module and publish on available position or add a new one.
