Cloudhost template should not change after frontview

Hi,

i'm a wordpress newbie.(but joomla Pro)
how can i do that the look of the top of the template (Logo and Tel Number with white background) stays like the rest of the page?
That it doesnt changes between the frontpage and the rest?

I'm not sure if I understand, do you want to have this fixed bar visible on the frontpage when the website is loaded (not when you scroll down?). Could your provide your website URL? (here or via PM)

No, not exactly.
When you scroll down, you have the Tel Number on a blue background and the menu on a white background. Thats beautifull.
I want to have this everywhere, on all the sites, already at the frontpage (like the rest of the site).

but on the frontpage you have to scroll below the header to see this menu and top bar, do you want to have this effect immediately when you are on your frontpage?
