Menu doesn't change between Homepage and Subpages

So after updating to the latest theme update, the menu stopped changing between the homepage and the subpage.
The template is supposed to have a menu for one-page jumps for home, and then a normal menu for the rest of the pages, but it didn't work so i had to make the default menu use links.
Is this a common problem?
I run my website on php 7

Definitely not a common issue. I do not report anyone reporting that yet. Can You please show me an example of this one-page menu not working ? Site is showing correct sections when I use them in address field: https://simpleapps.gr/en/#gkHeader
