weird problems - everything working strange

Hi i face wierd problems after joomla 3.7 update.
1. i can't change anything at template styles - they have vanished! (see attached image)
2. these '''' characters appear after I insert a link into an article. I delete them and after saving they reappear (see attached image)
3. also on k2 editing an inserted link the CONTENT is empty!
4. when copying and pasting into an article inside k2 and then saving i get a blank page!
Can you please help me?

Hi

Please start from updating template to the latest version. This will help for the 1). Rest of the problems haven't been reported before, so I will need an exact link to pages where this can be seen.

i am trying to install localy the website and do the template update...Please don't close this thread untill I am finished. I will let you know about the above mentioned issues. I hope the template update could solve them (but i have to do it locally as i have done some modifications)

Nothing changed with the template update!!
I installed the latest version and it didn't fixed the 1. problem!!!
Any ideas?

don't bother...my site was hacked!
I just found out and fixed it.
Everything now is working fine.
You may close this thread and I am sorry for opening this thread without looking thoroughly my website!
