FB and G+ Buttons are not visible

Hi,
I think I have everything set correctly
Nevertheless, the buttons (FB and G+) are not visible. Only twitter is shown.

Got a reply. Try if disabling Cookie Consent plugin will make a difference. This plugin does not exists any more, and apparently still having it enabled in template settings conflicts with social buttons.
