I am not able to successfully import the database via myphpadmin (eventhough the message said that 400 something queries was transferred).

Where is the demo content and how can i install it? the file they have just got the modules, components and some sample images unlike the full demo content like in the latest versions...

i've got it fixed by importing the db file... but now all images are missing, where should i import the demo images, say using ftp client?

If you manage to import the sql dump file, them you must also upload the "components" and "images" folder to your main joomla directory installation.
