How to add a top banner on Cutting Edge Template

I am using Cutting Edge for our company site but my boss require an banner at the top right corner

like as shown in the image below:


i tried to place the banner componet in many position but none of them are at that place

refering to the module position of this template i found that the banner are under the USER1 2 3 module , how can i move it to the top left corner on top of advert2 module.

I know that this what i say bellow is little different, but is it possible, to have a user module there? I mean, set that position that the mate above wanted to have his banner, set it as Module position. Is it possible?
