Error message with no articles to display

hello
i used Tabs GK4 as it show in this template

and i did it exactly how it show in the quick start file

in the mod_news_pro_gk4 i choose the category i want it to show but it keep giving me this error
Error: No articles to display

any idea if i am missing something here ???
i also tried to make it show all articles but still it show the same error, and i tried joomla articles and i added the ID of the articles with a comma between each number and also same error nothing changed

please help me
