Edit Profile not possibe due to error

Hi,

Whenever a user logs into my website, he's unable to edit his/her profile.
When selecting ' user edit' in the usermenu, an error page is displayed 'This site can’t be reached'.

I've been searching for quite some time now for a solution, but was unsuccesful.

I'm using: Joomla 3.6.2 / Game template 3.21.1 / K2 / Hikashop

I'm not even sure this is a templaten (override) issue.
Can you please point me into a direction? I'm out of ideas.

Hi

Please instruct me what to do to be able to see this error. I've registered some "test" user, but I cannot log in with the access I created.

I found a solution for the issue!

Appearantly a config setting in JCE editor was the cause. I also updated JCE to the latest version, and it is solved.
