Internal Server Error trying to install quickstart

Hi,
I downloaded the gk_game_quickstart_J!3.zip from https://www.gavick.com/download/joomla-themes/game and when I try to install I get Internal Server Error 500. I thought its the web hosting until I downloaded original Joomla installation and everything was fine. Can we have fixed version of the file please.

EDIT: Same with NEWS 2 template.(gk_news2_quickstart_J!3.zip)

EDIT 2: Fixed. The Installation folder need to be set to 755 permissions. Also I dont do it over the FTP, do it over the cPanel if you can because some of the clients dont have enough permissions level.
