Half way down the border changes from blue to white

Ihave a long page and Half way down the border changes from blue to white. Would like to keep it all blue. How do I do that ?

I fixed it. This is what I did.

updated the template.css file so it would have blue background all the way down on long pages.

body[data-bg="1"] {
background: #f4f4f4 url("../images/bg1.jpg") no-repeat scroll center 0;

Changed 'no-repeat' to 'repeat'
