How to remove FB login button

The instructions given turn off the Connect Facebook API but it doesn't change the Facebook login button.
The code is <gavern:fblogin><span id="fb-auth"><small>fb icon</small>Log in with Facebook</span><gavern:fblogin> so we know it is the gavick login form.
I have this problem on a recently updated GameNews template(JM3 ver 3.13) version - the menu item type is a Users Managers > Login Form

HI,
to remove FB login you have to hardcode a little bit, I mean edit one file and remove that part.

templates\gk_gamenews 2\html\mod_login\default.php
line 56
AND
but also here: gk_gamenews 2\html\com_users\login\default_login.php

so FB code must be removed in both!
