There are no images in the quickstart template

Hello good afternoon: I downloaded the template joomla HOTEL quickstart installation and after struggling with it I managed to install it in local (many problems with xampp, because I could not finish the installation successfully) with the intention of starting to work it.
But my first surprise when you open it in a browser is that you do not have the sample images.
I have looked at the "images / demo" folder and strangely I see that all jpg images appear in white.
I have downloaded the quickstart file several times even on other operating systems and the same thing happens.
Can anyone tell me why this happens? Where can I get the quickstart file that carries the images?

Demo images are replaced by gray/blank images, because of the license, so everything is fine with your installation.
