Module Title Link

Hi Guys

I have some Modules on sidebar position with VM Category. Now I want that the title is linked ? How can I do that?

Im looked the description here:

but this should takes changes on modules.php in your template and it looks different than standard.

I tried with plugin likes sourcerer, but the problem is my link is a little bit longer and in the title text, there is no more space.

Hello Guys

Here update :
The module.php is already with the correct script in this template.

So solution for other user:

1:Just download the install the plugin(attached)
2. enable plugin
3. on your module, you have now a register "Module Title Links (GavickPro)"
4. just add a link, click yes and save it....
