facebook share

Hi, there is a error giving massage in jOHN´S template for joomla.
it was working good until a couple weeks ago, when you want to share a article / whatever, it shared a link with a error 403 forbidden and no image showed.
then i activated a share this plugin and still doesn´t show the article image.
i send 2 images one with the error and the other with the new plugin but no image showing.

hope you can help me, because i already tried facebook app id and nothing works.

I do not think it's template related. Looks like contennt is locked from bots. Try reconfgure robots.txt and ask Your hosting support if site is not locked for outside scripts. Also check folders/files permissions. Standard settings should be 755 for folders and 644 for files.

how does robots.txt suppose to be ?
