Missing GK Comments Plugin

I just installed the John WP theme as your instructions say (manually rather than the quickstart). But there's no GK Comments plugin included as the documentation states it should be.
This is a site within a WP Multisite.
What did I miss? Thanks!

Hi,

Do you have the latest version of the John theme? I can see GK Comments on my installation (it's only a widget built in theme files, not plugin)

Hi Piotr,
I found it as a widget in the widget area. I was just confused thinking it was supposed to be a plugin and not seeing it there.
