FontAwesome update

Hi,

I was trying to update font awesome on this (M) Social template, but it didn't work.
This template is using version 3.2.1 which are really old and some icons are available in next version.

Can anyone help me with updating procedure from Font Awesome v3.2.1 up to v4.7.0 which is the latest one?

Hi

Try upload FA folder to /fonts directory while using a name like font-awesome-4.7.0 than in file /layout/blocks/head.php below line:

Code: Select all: $this->API->addCSS($this->API->URLtemplate() . '/css/font-awesome.css');

add

Code: Select all: $this->API->addCSS($this->API->URLtemplate() . '/fonts/font-awesome-4.7.0/css/font-awesome.min.css');

Hi,

I made the changes and think it's trying to load the new font, but something is not correct.

Hi

This only tells me that the code for the icon is not working, but the reason why this is happening is still unknown. I need to see Your site to be able to check why. Image is not enough.
