disable the login window (Maintenance)

Hello an good morning,

i am looking for a solution to disable the login Windows for the Admin if
the Template in the Offline or Maintenance Mode.

Can you send me the name of the *.php File with the Code inside. And a little Description wich line i must disable.

But if you want to hide login in offline mode ---> edit this file offline.php , he is inside template folder.
