Hi

Ok, but I do not know what You want me to check. You are not using our template and JomSocial looks to be in a default template as well. Can You please explain what You mean ?

I am using an old version of Music State Template in my website. I need to Reinstall Music State Template to use JomSocial 4.2.2. My question is: How can I update to new version of MusicState or I will reinstall the same template? How can I do?
my website is: www.missoesurbanas.com
Thanks

Hi

Easiest way is to simply replace it. Use FTP and rename current template to "_gk_musicstate" and than unpack newly downloaded template and copy it in place of the last one. If something will not showing right You can always switch folders back and have old template again.

Hi

I do not think You are using a right module at the moment. The one You have has a name "topmembers" while in our demo it's "member-module". Please try to use the other one.

Hi

Looking at both HTML structures I can tell it's a completely different module. I do not know if JomSocial has replaced that or if something is not configured correctly. Please send me an access to joomla panel so I'll be able to check.

Hi

For me it still looks like it's a completely different module than we've used, but I'm sending this to programmers and will let You know what they said.

Hi

Programmers has found out what happened. Is how I suspected. Top Members module was replaced with a different module and the old one we had a support for has been removed. A styling for the new module will be available soon. Please disable it for now or use the style You have there now.

Here https://www.gavick.com/index.php?filter ... Itemid=399 will be a notification about the update, so please keep an eye on it or in template settings.

Now it is better because your idea put many lines but doesn't solve the problem. Compare my website with Gavick demo template and you will see that there are many differences. There are many errors.
The JS Top Members Module doesn't working.
The Community Photos Module is different from Gavick Demo template because the pictures is too big.
The Community Members Module doesn't have in the same block: Newest, Featured, Active, Popular and Who's Online.
The community Videos Module doesn't have in the same block: Newest, Featured and Active like Gavick Demo Template.
I made everything that you told me but doesn't fix the problem. I will be waiting another solution.
Thank you very much.

Hi

There is no JS Top Members module anymore, on our demo You can still see an old module which was not removed during updates, but if You install JS You got a different module for the same purpose, but without tabs. Unfortunately nothing we can do about it.

If You need those tabs in JS pages than You should simply post modules in the same JS module position and tabs will appear automatically.

This is one solution. But can you explain in more details, please?
How can I post modules in the same JS module position?
Thank you very much.

Hi

Let say You have a module position "left_top", so You are poblishing 3 different modules there. Normally this modules would be showing one under the other, but JS has an option to group such modules and show them n tabs.
