Images don't appear in the right size inFeatured Artist Grid

I'm using a couple .jpgs as images for my featured artists. However the pictures don't fit, they are too small. I haven't changed any of the settings in Featured Artists Grid from the quickstart version.

This is how it currently looks: http://musichobo.com/images/featuredartists.jpg

How do I force them into the right size? Using height= or width= on the img src doesn't do it at least.

It was just a resizing issue in photoshop, I resized them again and this time it worked. I found a size that works (224px x 225px) and now I just use that size for all of the photos that appear in the Featured Artist grid.
