Remove space at NSP module

I am using news show pro 4 and i can not remove space at the bottom of each module.
Please see http://ftnnews.com For example Module titled "most read this month" has a white space at the bottom of the module as other nsp4 modules.

How can I remove or minimize that space?

Also pagination arrows at "Appointments" module is at the bottom of the module, how can i make it at top as it was in other modules.

This module uses paging and its height is set to longest page height. For example if first page of this module has height of 200px and second 400px the whole module will have height of 400px.
