Error to install

Hello, i try to install the gk_news_refreshed_J!3, in joomla but i can´t.

i have this message, and i cant continue. Can you help me? What is the problem?

Hi

This means Your mysql does not support utf8mb, You can update it or in file /installation/sql/mysql/joomla.sql replace all "utf8mb" to "utf8" and install it than.
