Breadcrumbs is not working

If you have a look at my k2 items, then you will notice that breadcrumbs do not display correctly. It is missing the link category and the text-title of the article.
Example:
www.casino-online.bz/novita/pronto-il-remake-del-film-the-gambler-con-mark-wahlberg

That happens for any k2 item article . Here are my settings:

I tried to refresh by switching "Show last" yes/no, but it did not work.

Can you help me?

Hi,
as I know Breadcrumbs names/url are created by Joomla itself not by template or even module,
but of course you can check on default template to be sure.

I noticed that if you click the link on the Highlighter GK5 then breadcrumbs work. IF you click a category and then the k2 item the breadcrumbs don't work. Isn't that strange?
I tried to disable Highlighter GK5, but breadcrumbrs do not work anyway. I remembered that yesterday I renamed the name of
Highlighter GK5 module from "Highlighter GK5" to "ultimi articoli", now I restored it, but breadcrumbs still do not work correctly.
Can't you really help with such matter?

Fortunatly I have been able to find a solution. It should be a joomla bug.

To solve it go to the Advanced tab of breadcrumb module and set no cache.
