Photo Theme not responsive

When I open the site on Mobile or Tablet it doesnt show the correct size of the bar.

Hi, I send you again the link: www.arquitectura4.com even if you can't access the link ( wich is fully functionally) you can see the issue in the pictura above.

I don't know why you can't answer my question when I have pay the theme and is not working properly. Wich make me thing you sell me a total scam.

Like i wrote I can't see the website, maybe you have some country filter.

I can't fix your website from a screenshot, is the issue visible on our demo also?
