Contact tooltip wrong positioning

Hello

I am using photo template and in contact form the tooltip looks like is pinned on top for all fields. I did a little google search but nothing found.

I use Joomla 3.5.1

Sorry for the late response. I found the problem. It was subject input css that was causing a problem.
