cookie alert

Hi.
When I enable "Cookie Consent plugin" I always see this alert message:
"Developer: Caution! In order to use Cookie Consent, you need to use jQuery 1.4.4 or higher."

Please switch it's settings in template configuration to use latest version of this plugin.
