Resize article header- it's possible?

Hello,
I have a problem with an illustration of the full text in the template PHOTO. I would like to reduce the header height by about half. I tried to add different codes found on the forum to override.css and custom CSS in the Advanced Settings, but unfortunately did not work. URL to the page: http://timedia.pl/index.php?option=com_ ... temid=1070. The picture that there is a lot smaller than the header, but it is fuzzy and enlarged. Please add this code to override.css and make sure override is enabled in template settings.
