Tabed Contact page

I have joomla 2.5.17 and latest version of Publisher. I need to create tabed contact page. like this on default joomla template:



when I change teplate from default to Publisher same page showing like this (without tabs):



So how creat tabed contact page like default tamplate have on Publisher?

Please rename /HTML/com_contact to /HTML/_com_contact in order to disable our overwrite and use a default system.
