Problem with sidebar

My name is Dusan,
and i purchased publisher from you before a couple minutes.
i installed them and I have problem...

Problem is in attached file.

What I must to do to fix this?
I really don't need this if don't will work.

And if I turn off sidebar nothing hapens or put them on left. All is same allways...
