Fixed menu option doesn't work (restaurant style)

Hello,

the fixed menu option doesn't work for me. Configuration is set up as seen in the screenshot:

A behaviuor like on steakhouse would be perfect.

It works fine on the demo - its just a matter of design - the menu shows when you scroll to the top a little bit after scrolling down.
