Please add this code to override.css and make sure override is enabled in template settings.

i already have that code in my custom css code:
h1, #gkHeaderNav .gkMainMenu .gkmenu > li {
text-transform: none;
}
CSS is also enabled, but the header text is still in upper case.

It's already written with all caps, so You need to change it in module content. For the smaller text it's changed with css, so You will need add this to override.css:
