How to I change the mobile menu to a panel rather than a drop down select list?

I’m afraid that modifications such as this require extensive changes to the theme’s code; I do apologize but such large changes are custom work that are beyond the scope of our technical support.

I only ask as I remember having the option in a demo to choose between the two types of menu's or was this in another theme?

Yes, some of our new themes have this option to choose the menu, unfortunately not the RockWall.

Please check layouts/header.php file, then js/gk.scripts.js file and css code may be splitted to severall css files. Like I said - it's a lot of code, so can't point your exact fragments.
