Extarnal link issue

Hi,
By placing a link to the outside contains an anchor in the outer site and clicking on the link on the site does not open. Using a different template instead working normally.

The incorrect link is located towards the end of the article and ends with ..../cookie-e-privacy-intervista-avvocato-raffaele-romano/#comment-183, other internal links containing the # symbol instead work.
The problem is very strange and it is the first time that I happen to see it.

So You mean that target="_blank" makes no difference. Ok, please update template to the latest version and send me an access to joomla panel and ftp.
