display all reach results on one page

Hi,
I'm using the Simplicity Wordpress theme. When using the search a single result is returned with navigation to 'older posts'. This is quite frustrating for users who have to keep hitting the 'older posts' button until they (maybe) get what they're looking for. Is there a way to display all search results on this page. Or, even better display a number of posts (say, 10) and keep the navigation for older posts.

Hi,
Number of displayed posts is taken from "Blog pages show at most" option (General -> Reading options)
