Hi

Please make sure Your template is up to date. If You cannot update it for some reason make sure to download newest version and replace file gk_simplicity/lib/framework/helper.layout.php or gk_simplicity/lib/framework/helper.menu.php, not sure which one can be causing this problem in Your case.
