Could you check whether the same happen on default Joomla! template like Beez ?

Hmm... so it looks like Joomla! issue but please make one more test and disable all plugins, maybe one of extension cause this problem.

I put here the solution to the problem found by my provider, the problem was given by a plugin:
'error displayed side webserver when it was called the feed page was this:
[Sat November 16 12:47:05 2013] [warn] [client 81.31.144.178] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDocumentFeed :: addCustomTag () in on line 52, referer: http://www.videoinquota.it/en/
relative to the plugin "gk_opengraph" which has now been disabled, and that the cause of the problem appeared, I confirm that the feed page is now properly visible.

Please try to download latest rest_files package - there this plugin should be fixed. Please let me know about results.

This plugin adds open graph data to your pages, if you don't know what is open graph you probably don't need this extension.
