Good morning .I'm using Simplicity template and in the Header position I have put in a module htlm with a photo. The image but is not centered horizontally. It's the measure of the photo 1230*450. How can I make? The site is: www.videoinquota.it

Then I'm not quite sure what do You mean by center horizontally. It is 100% centered as it feels entire middle content column and leaves same amount of space on right and left side.

I do not mean right or left, but high and low, in fact, the gray spaces above and below the picture are different.

Please edit: /templates/gk_simplicity/css/override.css and add at its end:
Remember to enable "CSS override" in template settings - advanced section.

and to mage spacing bigger change it to:
- you need to add same amount to first and last number
