Problem with some script and Ticketing

I'm facing some script issue with a registration system that I'm using.

When trying to add ticket it doesn't work with the template.

Without the Template setting the form appear properly:

http://registration.cineonu.org/events/ ... =component

WIth the template (Javascript:void(0)):

http://registration.cineonu.org/events/ ... -meatender

Please check the console using Firebug, maybe there is some script error between template and extension. If you get any more informations please include them here in topic.
