Widget rules not working on lastest post page

Hello
I'm using startup theme for wordpress.
I'm using an static page as homepage and I have configured another page for blog post.
The blog page uses the latest post template.

I can sucessfully use widget rules for other pages but there is no way I can make them work for the blog page.

Is there somethin special to consider? May it be a problem with latest post template?

In this case, please use your page id/slug instead of "home" widget rules.
