I want to stop scrolling 80px more up

Hi
Unfortunatly scrolling is using anchors as a landing point, and this is a html build in feature. You can change the position by moving an anchor, but this will require to add some margin element anchor is attached to and this would produce a bigger gap over the element. I'm afraid there is no much that can be done here.
