email not receeived from contact form

Good day!
I use Steak House from joomla 2.5 quick install.
I setup "System - GK Contact" plug-in parameters -> mail configuration-> Receiver's e-mail

If I send message from contact form I receive message- "Thank you for your email." , but e-mail is not received by Receiver's e-mail.
If I choose "Send copy to yourself" I receive mail in address seted in Email field.
Why Receiver's not receive email?

Hi

Please try configure SMTP details in global joomla configuration. Check if this will work than.

SMTP configuration is true. Just in need point correct e-mail in Contact component --> Contact detail

I'm afraid I do not understand. What does it means SMTP is true ? Please notice if there is a message on top of the site. If it is please tell me what it says.

Hi! "SMTP is true " - means that SMTP configuration is right - I wrote "if I choose "Send copy to yourself" I receive mail in address seted in Email field.".
