Problems footer only on index page is black on mobile device other pages are fine cherryfree.com

Please remove the following code from your Steakhouse/css/tablet.css file (line 22):

}


Thanks for the answer but this is not right solution because it was working on initial installation there was no black background in footer

Maybe you are not using the latest version of the theme (or made some theme customization), because I've checked my installation and also can't see the issue.

In you case removing mentioned fragment should help.

I am using latest version but after removing some sections it remain black
